How long does it take to receive my canvas?
All of orders are ready to go within a few working day! With our standard shipping option you will receive your order within 10 days.
What payments options are there?
You can pay with VISA, MasterCard and Paypal.
How can I check the status of my delivery?
At http://www.fedex.com/us/ or http://www.ups.com/ you can find the current shipping status of your parcel at any time. For this, enter your FedEx or UPS tracking number from your shipping notification in the “Tracking” field.
What should I do in case of damage in transit?
If your photo canvas has been damaged in transit, despite our carefully secured packaging, you should document the damage with a digital camera and contact firstname.lastname@example.org within a few days. Please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can replace the damaged canvas in a timely fashion.
What is your return policy?
To return an item for exchange or refund, please email us an image of your delivered canvas print to email@example.com. Please include the reason you are requesting an exchange or refund, your name, email address, and order number. We will respond to your request before 6:00 PM Eastern time Monday- Friday.
