Return and Refund Policy

We’re committed to quality and your satisfaction is important to us! If you aren’t completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of purchase.

Simply email us and include the following information:

• The order number and email address used to place the order
• Your reason for returning the order
• Whether you would prefer a replacement or refund

Please also attach a digital photo of the delivered print.

Our Customer Service team will respond to your email by the end of the next working day and advise on how to proceed with the return.
