How to redeem your voucher
1. Upload desired image. (Note: Image must satisfy minimum resolution requirements. These are listed
here )
2. Select product, format and customization options. Proceed to Shopping Cart.
3. Enter Groupon code from your voucher into "Coupon Code" field and click “Apply”. (Note: Groupon
code is case sensitive. We recommend using copy + paste.)
4. When code has been applied successfully, click “Secure Checkout” to proceed.
For support, please email us your query along with your
coupon code and include your PDF voucher file as an attachment.
The photo size required depends on the product and format you want. Please check the minimum photo
dimensions (resolution) for your desired print here.
Our
system will analyze your uploaded picture and you’ll be offered only the formats which will allow for
a high-quality print.

Sorry, we can’t accept photos by mail. Please upload a digital file via our website – for the best resolution and quality, we recommend the .JPG file format.
Yes, 20"x16" and 16"x20" are effectively the same format. Our preview will show you the print in the same orientation as your uploaded image (landscape or portrait) but you can of course hang your product in either orientation when you receive it!

Sorry, only one voucher code can be redeemed per order. If you have multiple voucher codes, please
place a separate order for each code.
Note: If you have a single voucher which is valid
for more than one print, you must purchase all the prints in a single order. Your voucher code
will only work if the number of prints in the Shopping Cart matches the number stated on your voucher.
